These images are taken of guilds roughly between 1999-2001 from unknown servers. Why do this? I don't know these guilds and never heard of them. Yet they conjure memories of my own beloved experiences in a couple guilds on the Xegony server, namely Arcane Order. That feeling of belonging, camaraderie, and the thrill of a guild raid was so fresh for me in 1999 when I never had anything like it. In these screenshots you can see a range of guild experiences, from the tight-knit groups of friends in small guilds to the epic raids by large guilds. I experienced the joys of both dynamics. I simply want to preserve these images of guilds lost in time for posterity. In addition to archiving the guild pages, I'm sure the creators of these screenshots wouldn't mind their preservation here as well. I don't include anything post 2002 or the era after the new character models emerged. This is early stuff circa 1999-2001.
