This next room is cold and quiet save for an eerie wisp of air flowing towards the door. You scan the various books that look like they haven't been touched in years.

The three books on pedestals are chronicles of various kingdoms, battles, and events from long ago. You could peruse these books for days, if not for your task to find the archivist. Nothing else to do here but continue onwards.
